Vaccines: What’s In Them?

While I have discussed that vaccines really don’t work, I haven’t answered the question of what’s in them.  What are they made out of?  How are they made?

Today I found the Pink Book in downloadable form.  Also known as “Vaccine Excipient & Media Summary Excipients Included in U.S. Vaccines, by Vaccine”, it has 3 pages of charts listing all the current vaccines in the USA.  These are just the Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis vaccines:

Sounds yummy [not].  Let’s see what some of these things are in English.

What is Modified Mueller and Miller medium?

The procedure involves the use of a variant and somewhat unstable strain of Clostridiium tetani and a culture medium containing a pancreatic digest of casein with additional cystine and tyrosine, beef heart infusion, glucose, and inorganic salts. A high concentration of iron must be provided.

The “modified” makes it more stable.  Casein is a milk protein.  Cystine and Tyrosine are amino acids.  Glucose is the sugar that cells burn.  “Pancreatic digest” means that enzymes from the pancreas of an animal are used to break down this soup so the tetanus bacterium can eat it.  What animal is not said.

A basic medium’ constituted as follows served this purpose: Pancreatic digest of casein,’ 150.0 mg; glucose, 75.0 mg; cysteine, 1.25 mg; tyrosine, 2.5 mg; NaCl, 25.0 mg; Na2HPO4, 5.0 mg; KH2PO4, 1.75 mg; MgSO4.7H20, 0.5 mg; reduced iron powder, 2.5 to 5.0 mg; H20 to 10 ml.
The various components of the media were
added to 6 by % inch test tubes, volumes adjusted to 10 ml, and pH brought to 7.2. Following sterilization in flowing steam at 100 C for 25 minutes, the tubes were cooled quickly and inoculated with a loopfull of a 24 hour broth culture of the tetanus strain which was being used currently for toxin production. The seed tubes were prepared daily by inoculating a loopful of the preceding day’s culture into 10 ml of ordinary 1 per cent glucose nutrient broth which had been freshly heated for 10 minutes in boiling water and quickly cooled. Incubation was in an anaerobic jar at 35 C for 18 to 24 hours. The experimental media were incubated anaerobically at 35 C in a constant temperature water bath for about two days (usually 41 hours

What is Stainer-Scholte medium?  Where I G = 670 mg glutamate per liter, and I P, 240 mg. proline per liter the medium is 16 G 1P.  And it is the preferred growth medium for Bordetella pertussis toxin.

What is modified Latham medium?  I just happened to find the recipe:

Composition of the Modified Latham Medium (per 1 liter of the medium):

Polypeptone 20 g
Bovine heart extract 10 g
Glucose 8.0 g
Sodium chloride 2.5 g
Magnesium sulfate (heptahydrate) 0.1 g
Cystine 0.125 μg
Calcium pantothenate 1.0 mg
Uracil 1.25 mg
Nicotinic acid 0.25 mg
Thiamine 0.25 mg
Riboflavin 0.25 mg
Pyridoxine 0.25 mg
Biotin 2.5 μg
Vitamin B12 0.05 μg
Folic acid 100 μg
Iron(III) chloride (hexahydrate) 32 mg
Iron sulfate (heptahydrate) 0.2 g

Fenton medium was so well hidden that I could not find it.  It is described as “containing bovine extract” which means something they took out of beef cattle.

“Vero (monkey kidney)”, “calf serum”, ” yeast protein”, even “formaldehyde” are pretty well known.   “Thimerosal” is also well known as a mercury based preservative.

Then there is “MRC-5 (human diploid) cells“:

cells taken from fetuses aborted in the 1960′s, 70′s and 80′s were used to develop what are known as Human Diploid Cell Strains (HDCS). Several HDCS were then used to develop and are still used to manufacture a number of childhood and adult viral vaccines. In fact, HDCS are quickly becoming the ‘growth system’ of choice for viral vaccines, over and against cell strains derived from monkeys, chick embryos, and others. . . .

HDCS refer to groups of human cells that maintain the normal human chromosomal number (diploid human number is 46, or 23 pairs) and characteristics, while dividing throughout their limited lifetime in a labratory setting. In contrast to cell lines, cell strains maintain the normal number of chromosomes throughout consecutive cell divisions, do not produce tumours when inoculated into humans or animals, and die after an innate number of population doublings. (1) Though research has been done with adult human cell strains, (2),(3),(4) HDCS used in viral vaccines were derived from aborted fetuses. (5),(6),(7),(8)

Here is the redacted version of the FDA’s approval of INFANRIX Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine Adsorbed, REFERENCE NUMBER:  95-1773.  [No date was given.]

And here is the World Health Organization’s training module on their standards for producing tetanus vaccine.

Now for the real kicker:  If you combine the tetanus tetanus vaccine with chorionic gonadotropin it will induce female sterility.  And by using the  “MRC-5 (human diploid) cells“, you introduce chorionic gonadotropin into the mix.  How?  Fetal cells produce pregnancy hormones to prevent miscarriage.  The combined exposure makes the female “allergic” to pregnancy hormones, therefore unable to carry a child to term.

  1. You have put up some very helpful documents and links regarding the Mueller’s media.

    After reviewing the patent info on recombinant birth control vaccines, I am not sure how you arrived at your final conclusion. In reading the patent they talk about making a vaccine with hcg antigen for sterility purposes and conjugating it with some other vaccines like HepB, or tetanus or vaccinia for what I see as convenience—as in why not give other vaccines at the same jab?.

    Also it looks like a patent application and I am not clear that it was ever granted or that such a vaccine is used.

    I am concerned that your assumption that MRC-5 cells will make gonadotropin and that combining tetanus toxoid with hcg is what causes sterility. My conclusion from what I have read is that that tetanus portion has nothing to do with the birth control.

    I also don’t see where the theoretical vaccine makes the recipient allergic to the hormones as you say. If you could help clear this up for me that would be great. I am reluctant to use your information without being able to substantiate it more. Thanks much.

    • MRC-5 cells are fetal cells and naturally produce gonadotropin. The patent was approved, for use with tetanus vaccine. It is generally given as DPT. But many vaccines are now grown in MRC-5 cells, with the rationale that there are fewer allergic reactions based on the medium species [ie. bovine calf, chicken egg, rhesus monkey.]
